BLOOMSBURG, PENN. (September 10, 2012) – KYDEX, LLC today announced that it has appointed Mike Karr to Director of Operations. Karr, who previously served as North America Business Manager at KYDEX, will be responsible for daily operations for the global plastic manufacturer. In this role, he will streamline operations and drive efficiency as the company continues to expand into new verticals and geographic markets.

Karr has more than 26 years of experience in both management and operations in the manufacturing industry. In the five years he has been with KYDEX, he has been instrumental in doubling KYDEX's business, expanding the brand name across North America and realigning the North America sales team in achieving growth and exposure. Leveraging relationships with both sales and manufacturing teams, Karr will be responsible for streamlining communication between them to improve operational efficiency and drive innovation.
Prior to joining KYDEX, Karr served as Business Manager, Operations and Private Label Group at Fomo Products, Inc. and before that, as Operations Manager at Koroseal Wall Protection Systems. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Cleary College in Howell, MI.
KYDEX, LLC has embarked on a search to fill the role of North America Business Manager. Until a replacement is found, Karr will continue to serve his North American clients. This announcement follows the recent appointment of two new territory sales managers and the promotion of Ronn Cort to president.
